Would give 0 stars if that was an option. If you value your sanity, money, or property avoid this place like the plague. The problems started when I first bought the car. Colton in financing tried to lock me in at an 8% interest rate after being told I was prequalified with my credit union at a 3.24%. He knew the rate before ever going into signing and I was told they don’t need to match qualifications because it pulls from what the credit union already did. That was fine until he said my monthly would be close to $500 and it should’ve been mid $300s. After he basically called me a liar over the interest rate he manually changed it. The car wasn’t ready for a few days as it was a certified vehicle going through detailing. The day I picked up the car there was a squeaky popping sound from the front end which wasn’t there before and I was told it was armorall from when they cleaned everything and that would fade with time. After a month and a half and my fiancé finally taking the vehicle in turns out the strut mounts need replacing. The vehicle was brought in two days later to be worked on and we were told they couldn’t find the parts all of the sudden. We were given a rental and picked up the car a few days later. Turns out they only replaced one side, not both, so that Saturday it was taken back in for the other side. Once it was picked up I noticed a really bad sway, like you’re constantly being pushed around in the wind. We called and were told we’d have to pay a diagnostic fee which is unacceptable as the problem didn’t start til they got involved. Now they’ve allegedly fixed the sway and there’s a squealing anytime my ac/heat is turned on so I can only imagine what that is. After the first trip in for strut mounts I was bribed by Becky with a $50 gift card and told not to fill out the next survey I would get. Adriane didn’t think that was good enough and told me to fill out the survey to 100% or I would be taking hundreds from every service advisor in the place for the month and wouldn’t be getting the gift card. It’s now been probably a month and still no gift card. All the xxxxxxxx from them isn’t worth the $50. I don’t want anyone else to go through this crap. More
