I’m very disappointed with the overall experience at this service center. From the beginning, there was a clear breakdown in communication. I provided a detailed list of concerns to be inspected when I dropp service center. From the beginning, there was a clear breakdown in communication. I provided a detailed list of concerns to be inspected when I dropped off my vehicle, yet those issues were disregarded. The advisor later stated the inspection was unnecessary, despite my written request. My vehicle remained at the shop well beyond the estimated 7–10 day timeframe due to the shop being behind schedule , with no proactive updates or clear explanations provided. Additionally, I requested that two open recalls be addressed, but they were never checked. I brought these concerns to the service manager, but unfortunately, the conversation resulted in no resolution or accountability it felt dismissive and unproductive. Ultimately, I paid over $500 for what I believe was subpar service. My concerns were left unaddressed, and the lack of transparency was unacceptable. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and will not be returning in the future. More
