The oil change and tire rotation was great. However to get my truck in for a recall I had to leave my truck for 4 days before offering a free loaner. This is my only mode of transportation. I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check the back door that sticks when I try to open it. When I arrived, Matthew told me they would not be able to check the back door, because and to check the back door that sticks when I try to open it. When I arrived, Matthew told me they would not be able to check the back door, because they only do tire changes on Saturday, and I would have to reschedule for that. I also told him the back left tire was losing air. He said they would check it. When the work was completed, he told me the tires were all fine. I am now at discount tire, where they found a nail. So obviously, the technician did not find the nail that was causing the air loss. And now I have to make an additional appointment to check the back door that has been sticking since I purchased the vehicle in February. So I am not a happy customer. More
