I set an appointment only for an oil change I had another person dropped the car off for me. The service advisor didn't reach out to the owner of the car but ask the I had dropping off the car unsure of what person dropped the car off for me. But unfortunately when I went to go pick up the car the service advisor worth gone left early for the day so the person that took over for him couldn't pull up my account so I had to pay for the oil exchange very poor experience More
