I waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. I was waiting not dropping off. All of my info some how got mixed up with some other person’s info. The mileage on my truck 5 hours for an oil change. I set an appointment only for an oil change I had another person dropped the car off for me. The service advisor didn't reach out to the owner of the car but ask the I had dropping off the car unsure of what person dropped the car off for me. The service advisor didn't reach out to the owner of the car but ask the I had dropping off the car unsure of what was going on and he ended up adding a bunch of other services that I didn't want done at the time so the bill was enormous also I had an oil change plan it should have been free. But unfortunately when I went to go pick up the car the service advisor worth gone left early for the day so the person that took over for him couldn't pull up my account so I had to pay for the oil exchange very poor experience More
