Jason was great at finding exactly what I was wanting. The only issue that I have with the entire process is I had financing already lined up before contacting Jason. The finance team I am frustrated with, knowing that I already had financing they still ran my credit through several banks who for one reason or another denied me. This creates credit scores to decline, hence the reason for dealing with the one I financing company that I went with and had been approved through. Note to self, being extremely grouchy and specific with the finance committee is not a bad thing. More

Great experience from start to finish. Discovered dealer through Edmunds.com, contacted Internet sales by telephone, discussed what I was looking for and under no pressure scheduled a time to go in. Met wit through Edmunds.com, contacted Internet sales by telephone, discussed what I was looking for and under no pressure scheduled a time to go in. Met with my salesman, Paul. We looked multiple vehicles and I made a decision. Customer service was excellent and we closed the deal that evening. I discovered a small detail issue after I had the vehicle a few days, notified my salesman and he told me to bring it in. Issue was corrected to my satisfaction and I would definitely purchase from this dealership again. Paul was extremely professional and treated me with courtesy and honesty. More

Working with Zach Hernandez at Spradley Barr Ford was a wonderful experience. He was very friendly and professional. Most car dealerships I have been to were not as friendly as Spradley Barr.
