I first contacted Nate about a month before the actual sale. He was very helpful & never tried to pressure me in any way. When the vehicle was decided on, Nate took over & got the vehicle shipped to Utah & expedited the service (window tint, permaplate) & had the vehicle ready when promised. I had told him I was interested in some performance upgrades, and several days after the sale, he met me in Provo at a shop that installed performance exhaust systems & introduced me to the owner. He also directed me to a tire dealership in Provo for the purpose of purchasing some aftermarket chrome wheels & winter tire. Nate clearly went far beyond what would be expected.
