This dealership's customer service is very poor. He AGAIN promised me to get the answer. I was waiting, but no contact at all from him. So, I contacted him AGAIN and AGAIN. Same thing happened. F He AGAIN promised me to get the answer. I was waiting, but no contact at all from him. So, I contacted him AGAIN and AGAIN. Same thing happened. Finally after so many time of asking him, he told me that he cannot do anything because the used car is sold as-is. I don't trust this dealership. Someone at this dealership misplaced of took this kit, and no one want to take responsibility. This car doesn't come with spare tire, so this tire repair kit is critical to have it. I am regretting to buy car from this dealership whose customer service is very poor. More
