Quality work was performed which made me satisfied with the serviceI received. No inappropriate discussion of services that I did not need to get. I discussed a time that I needed my car to be available and asked the staff to inform me if my timeframe could not be met. My car was available at the time that I requested. My service provider was excellent in that he was friendly, true smile rather than a phony business smile, understood the situation I was in regarding the services that I needed for my car. Ensured that I got all my questions answered. I actually always obtain excellent service when I take my vehicle in for service. I appreciate that the staff are very friendly and answer questions without hesitation. I also appreciate the shuttle ride as it was safe and I did not feel that there was any problems in this area service. My overall evaluation of the service I received is that it was excellent, without complications, confusion, disagreements and appropriate. A job well done. More

BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND FOLLOW UP I purchased a Prepaid Maintenance Contract with my 2020 Toyota Corolla and dealership failed to forward the application to Toyota Financial. Essentia I purchased a Prepaid Maintenance Contract with my 2020 Toyota Corolla and dealership failed to forward the application to Toyota Financial. Essentially, they charged me $912 for a Maintenance contract that was non existent. Had I not called and checked with Toyota Financial, I would have kept paying for something that I did not have. Tried to call their Financial services office and it goes straight to voice mail and no follow-up at all. Emailed the General Manager and only got a response when I finally got in touch with an Assistant Manager who connected me with him. The manager even had the audacity to call me "rude" when I pointed out their mistake and my frustration with dealing with them. More
