SCAM ALERT!!! PRICE RAISED DURING FINAL SIGNING. Getting the deal done took over 4 hours; told them I need to leave and come back to finish the paperwork later, because I was running late to a meetin Getting the deal done took over 4 hours; told them I need to leave and come back to finish the paperwork later, because I was running late to a meeting. They assured me it would be faster to just finish the paperwork and drive to the meeting in my new car. The price of the car was marked up over $2000, and I did not notice. I was in a rush and my mind was on the meeting (ended up being an hour late). I did think the final price seemed a little high, but assumed it was due to taxes/warranty/gap policy/etc. Luckily I still had their own website open from the night before I bought the car; the price of the car is clearly listen with the VIN of my car. I have posted pictures of Culver City Toyota's own website and auto trader. If you compare the listed internet price to the price in my lease, you can plainly see that they took advantage of the fact that I was running late to scam me. Salesman: Nano Sales Manager on Duty: Matt After getting a huge run around, I thought I finally reached a breakthrough 2 days ago. Sales manager Ramona told me she would talk to the General Manager and get this situation straightened out. She told me she would call me back in 20 minutes on Tue May 1. A bit over 2 hours later, she called me back, told me that she spoke to the general manager and the dealership would cut me a check for the difference tomorrow morning (May 2). She said they couldn't do it that day, because it was too late. Yesterday, (May 2) i received no calls from Ramona or anyone else from the dealership. I was only able to get through to Ramona's voicemail and received no call back. I will update this review if the dealership follows through with the refund in a timely manner. If they do not, I will be forced to file a claim with small claims court, post this review on every platform possible, report them to the better business bureau, and report them to Toyota corporate. I hope that it does not come to that, but at this point, every promise that has been given to me has been broken. More

I traded my leased Toyota for a new lease almost one year ago and just got a bill in the mail saying we owe money on the old car. During the deal they inspected the car, we signed a proof of mileage sheet, and the salesman told us we were all set on the old car and they would pay everything remaining for it because we took a new lease. They actually charged us way over the sticker price for the new car because of what they would owe TFS for the old one, and we were fine with this. But it seems they only gave TFS a portion of what they charged us so we got a bill from TFS. We called and went to the dealership to discuss this but they told us, "It's your problem". Do NOT buy from this place. More
