Amazing customer service I went in to the Culver City Toyota to look at the selection of the 2019 Prius and was introduced to Viktor through the manager. He kindly walked us o I went in to the Culver City Toyota to look at the selection of the 2019 Prius and was introduced to Viktor through the manager. He kindly walked us over to show us what they had in stock. He was so incredibly knowledgable and answered all my questions before I could even ask. We took the car out for a test drive and during the ride he was very informative and explained all of its functions. I knew that was the car for me. Viktor and his team were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. I’m so glad we went to Culver City Toyota. We got a great deal and the experience overall was one of a kind. I am very happy with my new car and look forward to getting it serviced there. Thanks guys! More

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Horrible people, horrible service. They smile first, but then they will lie to your face. Milton - terrible manager, scam artist. 1 month before the end of my lease I bring my car for 30K service, Milton talks me into getting a service on my battery that costs 200 additional dollars. He scares me saying that it's extremely dangerous to drive like that, blah, blah, blah. I agreed. Guess what? The light came back on 2 days later and they are refusing to give me a refund. When I asked Milton for a refund, he sends me to their Service Manager who instead of addressing the issue wanted to "give me a good deal on my next car". Shadiest place I have ever been to in my life. More
