Emissions Test and oil change. Was in for an Emissions Test and I asked if I was due for an oil change. Michele checked and I was due for one! Service building I wouldn't recommend this place to no one they have the worst customer services in the service building. I took my vehicle in around 7 in the morning I wouldn't recommend this place to no one they have the worst customer services in the service building. I took my vehicle in around 7 in the morning I walk in there are two gentlemen sitting there neither one of them acknowledge I'm just standing there there's no good morning Hi how are you how can we help you nothing. Then when I pick up my vehicle when it is finished I walk in there are four people sitting there not one of them greet you in any kind of way they all keep their heads down like if you never walked in until I get their attention. They by far have the worst customer service ever. More

Oil change I was scheduled to have an oil change at 130 on a Saturday. I had to call and postpone for a couple of hours, and this was done without hesitation. I was scheduled to have an oil change at 130 on a Saturday. I had to call and postpone for a couple of hours, and this was done without hesitation. When I arrived, I was well - treated and received incredibly fast service. The techs discovered that I had a brake light out, and I was hesitant to allow them to change it for me; I expected them to “gouge” me for parts and labor, disposing of the old bulb, environmental fees, etc etc.... I was delighted when Michelle, the service rep, said it would only be $10. Thanks for the great service! More
