Asked them to replace air filter and they left the hose clamp on the intake hose directly after air filter loose on my Sierra. Check engine light came on giving mass airflow sensor code on scanner a few da clamp on the intake hose directly after air filter loose on my Sierra. Check engine light came on giving mass airflow sensor code on scanner a few days later. Also broke one of the tabs that hold housing shut around air filter. I have to use truck in dusty conditions so not cool. More

I purchased a GMC 3500 Denali four months ago and can't get the truck to recognize the trailer brakes. After multiple visits to Ken Garff GMC, the service department changed the trailer switch and two cont get the truck to recognize the trailer brakes. After multiple visits to Ken Garff GMC, the service department changed the trailer switch and two control modules. Last visit my truck sat in the service bay for 5 days because they couldn't get a programming code for the switch. I finally pulled the truck. Two weeks have passed and I just called to see if they had received the programming code. Par for the course, no answer and no call back. Not impressed. I will definitely avoid Ken Garff in the future, both for service and future purchases. More

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation. The service manager told me that they were backed up with work. He sent me home with a loaner car and called me when the work was finished.
