I have always appreciated the over-all service! ! The only complaint I have is "entertainment" while I waited for my oil change, This happened on the first oil change too!! As I sat and enjoye ! I purchased a new GMC Yukon 2023 Denali in August of 2023. The navigation system and the Heads-up display speed warning have not worked correctly from the moment of purchase. I have had the vehicle in to the repair shop multiple times without ANY success. It is extremely frustrating to spend over $80,000.00 for a new vehicle which does NOT operate correctly. The service department has no answers for me and are not sure of how to get the problem fixed. I was in the repair shop again today (11-22-2023) for another failed attempt to fix the problem. I was sent home with the unfixed vehicle with the final words "we will call you sometime next week." More

Representative was good, but waited quite a while for service that did not take long when they got in in. I am not happy. My car was in your body shop for 134 days. I never received updates, other than one initial call that my car would be about 3 weeks for repairs, whic My car was in your body shop for 134 days. I never received updates, other than one initial call that my car would be about 3 weeks for repairs, which I knew it wouldn't, but I certainly did not expect to be without a car for over three and a half months. I would call and Justin would never return my calls. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I had repairs done a year ago, and I was called with updates frequently, so I thought my experience would be the same, but it wasn't. I understand that my vehicle had extensive damage, but 134 days! August 02 to November 15th. While my repair looks fine, the customer service during this experience was awful. Having to go 134 days with no contact from you other than what I would initiate through my insurance is not acceptable. The actual repair was fine, but again 134 days! Really?!? More

For oil changes iken garff is ok, but will most likely find a different shop! for major repairs I don’t really trust the Shop.
