The video didn't specify that I had to call to request it. Usually the service representative texts me or calls to ask what I want done. Also about 10 minutes after I received the short video, I received the text saying that my vehicle was done, so I assumed it had all been done. Yes, they did it for me but I had to wait for the parts and wait to purchase them then wait for the filters to be installed instead of just driving off. Better directions for the communication would be helpful.
