The tech broke a piece of the under carriage in my truck when working on my truck. They also left all the stuff in my glove box sitting on the seat. I have talked to service and taken the truck back in to when working on my truck. They also left all the stuff in my glove box sitting on the seat. I have talked to service and taken the truck back in to have them fix it. They are not willing to fix it. I know the piece wasn't broken prior to taking the truck in. So now I am stuck with trying to fix it on my own. I have purchased at least 3 new vehicles from Ken Garff Nissan. I had purchased the 3 plan oil change for the truck. With what has happened to my truck, I definitely won't ever have any of my vehicles service by Ken Garff and will not buy another vehicle from Ken Garff. I don't expect and response and I won't be back ever. Highly dissappointed! More

I went in to get my car fixed and after $3000 spent and my car was with them the whole summer and it still doesn’t feel as if it’s running correctly and feels off balance when driving. Not to mention they my car was with them the whole summer and it still doesn’t feel as if it’s running correctly and feels off balance when driving. Not to mention they didn’t even care enough to use to mechanic interior covers so I’ve been finding and cleaning black oil marks from dirty boots and work fingers. I was under the impression that in going to a legitimate dealership that I would be safe from being jerked around or at the very least receive quality service. I payed to get a new alternator, a tune up, air filter, and new tires. I then asked if it was drivable and was told yes. After having the car for only a day my check engine light came on and I had to go back. Understandably I was upset and proceeded to see what they planned on doing which wasn’t much because all I got was the same terrible 10% even after having dealt with that and not even having my car for 24 hrs. When it was all said and done I asked if they offered Military Discount to which the said yes and then applied it to the taxes on the service and not the service in its entirety which obviously isn’t going to do much regardless w/ them only offering 10% and after reviewing the final bill they attempted to charge me service “fees” for looking up a part and re charge me for a service package that I already had purchased. Overall a very disappointing experience and if possible I probably will refrain from using this location for any future service needs. I still need work done and now I’m 3,000 in the hole my “brand new” tires keep going flat and the alignment I was promised w/ the purchase never happened either. Highly disappointed and DONT RECOMMEND More

I have taken my new truck in a couple times for warranty repairs. Each time they have been great to communicate with and the repairs were done with the high quality.
