Set up an appointment for a recall issue. Arrived on time on the date only to be told that they would have to order the part specifically, even though I had followed the instructions set up b Arrived on time on the date only to be told that they would have to order the part specifically, even though I had followed the instructions set up by the recall. Wasted my time in coming in, had to miss work to make the appointment. Was told they would call me once the part came in. Still waiting for the call. Bad communication. More

I went in to get my car fixed and after $3000 spent and my car was with them the whole summer and it still doesn’t feel as if it’s running correctly and feels off balance when driving. Not to mention they my car was with them the whole summer and it still doesn’t feel as if it’s running correctly and feels off balance when driving. Not to mention they didn’t even care enough to use to mechanic interior covers so I’ve been finding and cleaning black oil marks from dirty boots and work fingers. I was under the impression that in going to a legitimate dealership that I would be safe from being jerked around or at the very least receive quality service. I payed to get a new alternator, a tune up, air filter, and new tires. I then asked if it was drivable and was told yes. After having the car for only a day my check engine light came on and I had to go back. Understandably I was upset and proceeded to see what they planned on doing which wasn’t much because all I got was the same terrible 10% even after having dealt with that and not even having my car for 24 hrs. When it was all said and done I asked if they offered Military Discount to which the said yes and then applied it to the taxes on the service and not the service in its entirety which obviously isn’t going to do much regardless w/ them only offering 10% and after reviewing the final bill they attempted to charge me service “fees” for looking up a part and re charge me for a service package that I already had purchased. Overall a very disappointing experience and if possible I probably will refrain from using this location for any future service needs. I still need work done and now I’m 3,000 in the hole my “brand new” tires keep going flat and the alignment I was promised w/ the purchase never happened either. Highly disappointed and DONT RECOMMEND More

When I bought my used car here they cleaned it up so well that I was amazed because I saw the "before and after" , they have been so good to work with from the point of sale and throughout The service perio that I was amazed because I saw the "before and after" , they have been so good to work with from the point of sale and throughout The service periods of oil changes, tire rotations and safety checks with videos to show progress. way helpful and informative. They have been the best dealership I have ever worked with and here I am at 75. Good going and keep it up guys! More

This is a good dealership for customers to work with. Is it a good dealership for mechanics to work at? I have taken my new truck in a couple times for warranty repairs. Each time they have been great to communicate with and the repairs were done with the high quality. As always, Will, Zack, Brandon, Ron and the whole team (sorry I don’t remember everybody’s name) did an outstanding job to get my truck in and out to get me back on the road for a little issue with the sc (sorry I don’t remember everybody’s name) did an outstanding job to get my truck in and out to get me back on the road for a little issue with the screen!
