My vehicle had a persistent stall out problem and engine light denoting an unspecified problem. I dropped the car off overnight, your service department could not pinpoint the problem. Took vehicle to another Auto Repair shop and codes were run and problem pinpointed within minutes of my arrival. It ended up being a bad Camshaft Sensor. Bad sensor located and replaced, and the stall out problem resolved. No more vehicle stall outs experienced since repair.

That is a lie, their was no offer made to keep the vehicle to pin point the problem. So their was no offer made for me to decline. But that is okay because I now know who not to do business with. You will not see me again. "Thanks for nothing".

As stated above, your technician failed to secure the coolant cap back in place and also failed to secure the hood. Unfortunately I paid for an additional 2 oil changes, but after having this bad experience and requesting a refund, I was only refunded $58.00. At least I've learned a lesson and unfortunately it came through Ken Garff service.
