The thing that stood out to me was that a car wash was also mentioned as part of the package, which was an additional incentive for me to select the package deal. At the end of my first service in December I noticed that the car didn't look any cleaner than when I left it. Being curious, I asked about it and was told that the car wash was no longer offered. So I drove away slightly disappointed in a dirty car. A great plus, however, was the video review of the service by the technician. I really found that helpful! More
