My experience at Ken Garff was good. When I took my car in I was hoping for minor issues, but the technician was thorough and highly recommended additional services. Merissa and the technician allowed me time to think before any work was done. There was no pressure. It was all my decision to get the repairs completed. So, I decided to make the investment in my car and get the repairs done. Now my car is running like new. Thank you. More

Your Service Manager is Condescending and rude. Treats women like they don't know anything. Waited 3 hours to have my oil changed. They broke a bracket and had to replace it Then the first time I drove it, the check engine light came on and now it's because there is a brake in the tail pipe. If they are inspecting the vehicle when they service them, why are they not finding the issues before your leave the dealership? This past year or so almost every time I leave your dealership I have another issue with something else. My vehicle has 80,000. miles on it. I use to put that many miles on in 2 years when I was working. I think you are taking advantage of elderly women and just women in general. More
