I feel that the service center has gone down dramatically in overall customer service aspect since Zack's departure. I'm have brought both of my vehicles here for absolutely everything for the last 6 years. in overall customer service aspect since Zack's departure. With the decline in customer service and overal shop performance I am thinking seriously about taking my business elsewhere. The shop ruined my wife's engine in our buick. Yes you replaced it as you should have. Now this new engine has done nothing but throw codes and give us problems. We are out the 150.00 dollar diagnostics test every time and some how something that is wrong with the engine which is brand new and input by the shop cost us more money on top of it. It like nothing is actually covered under the 2 year 100,000 mile warranty. Also everttime my wife is in there she does not receive the military discount that used to be applied to both of our accounts on all vehicles. I have been very disappointed with the overall performance and quality of this place with in the last three months in particular. More

The service was great the only thing I wasn't impressed was there was a person in the check in office that was being screamed at by a customer unhappy with what he was charged and no one stepped up to help was there was a person in the check in office that was being screamed at by a customer unhappy with what he was charged and no one stepped up to help them deal with the situation. The employee was in tears and there were 4 other people in the office. No one stepped on to assist they just say there and never even looked up from their phones. More
