The car was ready within about an hour and they called us and asked us to return to pick the truck up the truck had been washed and the interior vacuumed and the experience really was very pleasant. this is very comparable to the experience I had in buying the truck there. We had shopped extensively on the internet and I was very surprised that Ken garff actually met the best price that we had found on the internet and prevented us from traveling close to a thousand Miles both ways to pick up a very well priced at diesel. so far my experience at Ken garff has been excellent. Needed alignment Not so good alignment, steering wheel is to the left with a left pull and they over extended the right wheel base. It was also a benefit that their diagnostic was cheaper than most other places I called so I decided I didn’t have too much to lose. I was kept up to date on what was needed through text, which was nice. They ended up doing a great job for what I felt was a reasonable price and I had my vehicle back the same day! More
