They did a good job with the repair on my Prius, but They were very professional when I went in to chat with them about my insurance claim. However, I was quite disappointed in their lack of communicatio They were very professional when I went in to chat with them about my insurance claim. However, I was quite disappointed in their lack of communication about the status of my vehicle. They never stated if there was additional damage or not. They did not bother to call and inform me that it would not be ready on the agreed upon day. This was frustrating, as I had someone in place to help me retrieve it that day, but had no time at all to pick it up the next day. The quality of the work seems good, but more communication is necessary. More

When we found a bunch of deep rust on the undercarage Chris Bryant the manager made everything right and should be promoted in the Ken Garth Company. When we found a bunch of deep rust on the undercarage of the Suburban we just bought from them. We brought it up to Bill. He got Chris who got the problem fixed by giving us for free the rust removed, a sealant, and alignment. This was well valued over 600 dollars but they did it for free. Great staff, great customer service, and great management. We would recommend to anyone to buy a vehicle here. Best vehicle buying experience in our lives.
