Relentless consumer responded

Mr. Cooper, I was charged for a tire that was covered under Honda road hazard warranty. Big Star acknowledged this on April 29 and promised reimbursement. It remains unpaid. I can share all my texts and email messages with Big Star at your request. Or you might have better luck asking your tech or service director than I did. Neither has responded to any of my attempts in the last four weeks. Marion LaNasa
