That evening another text to remind us about the appointment the next day. We got in and we’re seen right away. No waiting. Dylan let us know right away that it was an extensive recall an most likely it would take until 2 or 3 before we could get it back. After we agreed to leave it he asked us if we needed a ride. We did not since we had borrowed my son’s car to go have breakfast after dropping the car. While we were just seated to have breakfast we got a text from Dylan, reintroducing himself and giving his number for any concerns or questions. A little later we got another text with a video showing they were starting work in out car. A little before 1 we got a call to let us know it was ready for pick up. While picking it up, he once again told us to call him with any concerns and questions. While the car was there, they went ahead and checked all the fluid levels. Great job! They just gained a new customer. Most of all after the horrendous service we had experienced so far at Clear Lake Honda that had made us question our choice of purchase.
