Ken Ganley Westside Imports - Service Center

I needed to have a wheel repaired and my hubcap put back on after hitting a pot hole (it has been a long winter in Cleveland). I went in to the service center concerned about how much this would cost and h on after hitting a pot hole (it has been a long winter in Cleveland). I went in to the service center concerned about how much this would cost and how long it would take. As usual, the team at Ganley made me comfortable and worked quickly to resolve my problem. Chris answered all the questions I had and when he came over to tell me my car was done (much sooner than I had expected) he brought good news, that the team was able to repair my existing wheel and I was all set to go. Therefore the cost was much less than I had anticipated (dreaded) plus I had received a coupon in the mail which I was able to use (that always helps!). As I was leaving I realized that my back window wiper blade needed to be replaced (my car was already outside)...I went back in and told Chris and he got a blade and while I checked out he replaced it himself and I was on my way quickly...with a clean and happy car. What great service and a good experience all around, not something you would expect to hear about getting your car serviced! Thank you Ganley. More

From the moment I walked in everyone was courteous, kind, friendly and helpful! Victoria was sweet and very informative. I had a nail in my tire and Victoria did a great job explaining why it had to be rep friendly and helpful! Victoria was sweet and very informative. Victoria helped me problem solve and make a decision I was comfortable with. Every time I asked for information, she quickly retrieved it for me and explained it well. The service was quick and I was on my way. When I had to bring my car back the next day, the experience was the same. Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at Ganley. I definitely am happy that this is my go to dealership now. Had a recurring problem that I tried to fix on my own several times. After explaining it on the phone, they knew it was a common problem and told me to drop it off. The service department was so kind to take a look at my windshield wipers and why they were not releasing fluid, although the problem could have most likely been that the fluid was just frozen. I was glad they did find the issue though, because it turned out a part needed replacing. Usually, I hate waiting around for a mechanic to finish my car, but I never mind here because of the nice lounge they have. I sat in a comfy leather chair and read a book I had with me. The gentleman who checked me in came in to explain what was going on. When I told him I had a few questions, he sat down and took the time to answer all of them. This took me by surprise, because usually everyone is too busy to take the time to stop and sit with you to make sure you get the advice you need. I feel well cared for when I visit this service center. More

I dropped off my car for my one year check-up. I rolled right into the shop via their automatic garage door, which was nice because you don't have to walk in the cold and ice. Victoria greeted me and provided the necessary information I needed to leave my keys with the service center. I was told the car would be finished in 30-45 minutes. After returning to the shop to pick up my car, it was fully finished with all service points checked, with a car wash included...a very nice bonus. I was in & out in no time, and it was an overall great experience. I can't imagine it running any smoother. I could feel my car run better with the oil change, tire rotation, etc. Thanks! More
