Freindly, Knowlegeable, Caring I had to have recall work done and the dealership took perfect care of me. When I first called they asked me my needs for a loner car so that I was no I had to have recall work done and the dealership took perfect care of me. When I first called they asked me my needs for a loner car so that I was not inconvenienced, and then explained the recall work to be done and the time frame that I could expect. They told me they would call me back with a couple dates to bring my car in. I agreed to a date and took my car in. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. My loaner car was brought around in a timely manor and I was on my way. I took the loaner back the next day and picked up my car again the staff was perfect and the repairs to my car were complete. I am glad that I bought my car from Gantley West Side and glad that I have access to such a great staff. I worked with Matt Oshea, Erica Cores, Greg Kerro. They are a great team of people and the reason I will always be confident that I have the best service possible. A+++ More

Best service I have had yet. my 2011 outback has 118,000 miles and needed a lot of maintenance. Ganley's thoroughly inspected the car and made recommendations that I had done. I my 2011 outback has 118,000 miles and needed a lot of maintenance. Ganley's thoroughly inspected the car and made recommendations that I had done. It runs like a new car now, I can expect another 100,000 out of it. The best part was when I paid for it, they saved me money compared to what the original quote was. Great Job. More

Recalls I had two recalls that were issued for my car and when I brought my car in they took care of both at the same time. First time maintenance Called to schedule appt. for 8 month checkup was told didn't need an appt. for that and also didn't need oil change. Had only 4000 miles on car. Came in a few days later. Was told by service I needed an oil change. That was fine. Told him I had a warranty! I didn't have a coupon. Don't remember ever getting a coupon book. He told me how much it was going to cost! I said fine but not understanding! So I went out in showroom and asked Tom Mathews if he could find out what kind of warranty I had purchased. He did and my warranty cover everything! No charge for oil change! Why couldn't the service dept. find that out! They were willing to charge me $$! I really think for the service dept when they type in your name all info should show up! Including I had warranty! Thanks to Tom Mathews for turning me on to my car last year! And for helping me out with the warranty issue. I really love my car! Best car I've owned! More
