Thank you for the apology. However, I was able to fix the situation I was put in by you and your service department. It's quite funny that after just 5 minutes on the phone with Hyundai's national customer service department, I was told my repair should have been covered under warranty. That because I was so barely outside of the warranty coverage period, the dealership should have called Hyundai to check and push it through warranty (being it was not a huge repair). And being that I am your customer and Hyundai's, this hassle should've never happened if customer happiness and retention is a priority. The man I spoke to apologized up and down for all the trouble this was and shouldn't have been. I have made everyone I know aware of this mess and I do not plan on ever visiting this dealership again.
