Longer wait than I expected. Work done as scheduled though did not need tire rotation - had recently installed winter tires. I have issues after every time my vehicle is serviced there. Is filling windshield wiper fluid not included with oil change or multipoint inspection? I do like the service at Ken Ganley Westside Imports but some of the recommendations are confusing. For instance, on 8/4/24 the multipoint inspection indicated that my front breaks were in the yellow but o some of the recommendations are confusing. For instance, on 8/4/24 the multipoint inspection indicated that my front breaks were in the yellow but on 12/27/24 it said they are in the green. Also I had an issue with my car pulling to the right and left and was told I need new tires and an alignment. Turns out it was because a feature that I didn't even know I had (lane correction) was accidentally turned on in my car. I discovered the problem by googling and turned it off, and all was well. So I have not yet reached a point of trust with the recommendations being made. More

There was either a factory defect with my. lug nut or my previous and only tire rotation was not done well. Which is quite disappointing because it was with your service center.
