Matt O'Shea came to our rescue and could not have been kinder! He was professional in every respect, clearly knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humor and he totally understood how upsetting this was for us, especially since we have had the car regularly maintained by Subaru. He fit us into the service schedule when there really wasn't a space and he never gave us any doubt that he would help us. We highly recommend Ganley Westside Imports to the residents of Ohio and are grateful that if this had to happen to us on a cross country driving trip, that we couldn't have had a better ending to our story. Couldn't be better It was great. I came in for an oil change. I was there 1 hour, had a donut, and everything was done and checked over. From driving into the gara It was great. From driving into the garage, the girl who first waited on me was excellent, asked me if I needed anything besides the oil change, and I told her the front door squeaked, and that I thought the tires might need air, and when I got my nice, clean car back (it had been washed) everything I asked was done!
