Ganley Imports obviously understands the importance of Customer Experience. Everyone on the phone was courteous and quick. Every time that I called VW Service, a person answered the phone (Candace), not Customer Experience. Everyone on the phone was courteous and quick. The diagnostic path taken by Keith and his mechanic was logical. Keith was very straightforward with the results of the entire investigative process to determine the issues with my daughter's 2001 Jetta (Odo=220,000 miles!), but not "pushy". He made a rough estimate of the repair costs of the items that his mechanic verified or suspected would benefit the condition and performance of the vehicle. Keith was very understanding when I chose not to have any of those repairs done at this time. More
