I came in for my scheduled appointment for my car’s oil change. Upon check in, I was told that it would take about an hour for the service to completed. Two hours later, my car was still not done and I had change. Upon check in, I was told that it would take about an hour for the service to completed. It took a sales associate to figure out why it was taking so long. The excuse that I was given by Marion was that he was alone and too busy to come out and talk to me about my car.
