I HAVE BEEN COMING TO GANLEY SINCE THEY OPEN ON NORTH OLMSTED AND JUST LEASED MY 13TH CAR. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS TOP NOTCH. ANYTIME I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A CAR OR NEED TO LEASE ANOTHER CAR, EVERYONE HAS B OLMSTED AND JUST LEASED MY 13TH CAR. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS TOP NOTCH. I have had so many bad experiences with car dealers. I have read so many blogs about games dealer play. However, Rob Langelier was the best. I was worried that they would change the price for the trade in. I was worried that they would change the price of the car, after driving two hours from Columbus. I had the best experience ever at this dealership. The car was exactly in the condition they said it was and they never changed the price. They did not ask me dumb questions about my personal life. They gave me the keys, I took it for a drive alone. I cannot say enough good things about Rob and this dealership. I LOVE my new car. I LOVE the experience that I had purchasing my new car, which is simply a miracle consider I am a blonde female. As far as the price is concerned, I searched for 9 months for a good deal. I believe I purchased a car that was the best deal in the entire state! No games, gimmicks or tricks. I have never had such a great experience at any dealer. More
