We had difficulty in getting a straight answer to any of our questions. He was insistent on having us come in even though we explained we live about 60 miles away. When asking for a quote he would only give our questions. He was insistent on having us come in even though we explained we live about 60 miles away. When asking for a quote he would only give partial information about the price. He did not respect our wishes not to call. He tried to have us purchase the car he wanted to sell instead of the vehicle we were interested in. He was very unprofessional in his dealings. He was sarcastic in his comments and rude when I notified him that we had purchased from another dealer. The next time I am in the market for a new car I will not even consider them in my search.
