I have always had a wonderful experience at Ganley Westside Imports. If I have a question, it gets answered and if I have a concern it gets taken care of. My only reason for issuing a rating of 4 inst Westside Imports. If I have a question, it gets answered and if I have a concern it gets taken care of. My only reason for issuing a rating of 4 instead of 5 for the quality of work is due to one particular service that I receive from Ganley. I appreciate the fact that the dealership washes our cars as a courtesy when we receive service but I honestly think I could do a better job with a hose and some dish soap. Half of the time the dirt is still on the body of the car, not to mention bugs. I would just appreciate a more thorough car wash and for my vehicle to be dried before it reaches me. More

Joel was our sales rep and he was great. Although he wasn't nervous, one could tell he was new. He was unlike any other salesman we have dealt with. My current car was getting old, did not need a new car but wanted to get one if the price was good. Went in and talked to trey and explained my situation and told him the car i liked. The whole process went very smoothly. We had our 8 yr old son with us and the lounge accomidated him just fine. Over all our expierience was awesome!
