I purchased my 2010 VW GTI Used. It took about 2 days to get this process done. I would say that everyone was nice except for the finance manager. After waiting for someone - anyone to call me back about the car I was trying to purchase, I called the dealership and told them I was on my way. A Finance manager informed me that she just got in and didnt hear anything about my deal or who I was or what car I was wanting to purchase… With less than perfect credit, the finance person I was dealing with (a female) made me feel as if I was a second class citizen… even saying on the phone that there was no need for me to even arrive to their dealership if I didnt have some money to put down (as if me having less than perfect credit also meant I had no money to put down on the car). Dee Wolfe my sales rep was nice, but she also made the mistake of making me feel like I was a criminal by taking several photos of the car, and vin as if my check wasn't going to clear. (something I have never experienced before buying a car). If you want to be treated like a crook or someone that may try to steal a car - sure visit this dealership… If you want to feel appreciated no matter your credit score - visit ANY other VW dealership… Dave Walter VW in Akron is a nice place to visit, the only reason I went here rather than them, was they didnt have a car in my price range. ALSO - Forgot to mention - the car I purchased only had 18,900 miles on it…. two weeks after taking ownership of the car - it was in the shop getting the entire top end of the motor replaced… I do not fault the dealership for this as this could have been the driving abilities of the person before me… it was fixed (took about a month) and I was placed in a loaner during the time it was being fixed… however, the experience certified pre owned or not… it was a inconvenience More
Andy was very busy and did not seem like he had time for us (and we even scheduled an appointment). I felt like I was being nickled and dimmed. I did not like how they took my credit card and a 'measure o us (and we even scheduled an appointment). I felt like I was being nickled and dimmed. I did not like how they took my credit card and a 'measure of good will' on my part to show I was serious about the offer and then they kept my credit card and my car keys for a long time. I felt very violated and trapped. I did not like that at all, it was rude and under minded me. Andy was very cheesy and just seemed like he was trying to sell me on what ever, we are good honest customers and had a horrible experience. More
This was probably the best purchase experience we've had. Both John's were upfront and very willing to help as much as possible. This was my first new car purchase/lease experience and he made it a fun, knowledgeable, trustworthy experience for my husband and I. John Albany. I felt comfortable in the process, and enjoyed the level of customer service I was given. The only reason I gave a 4 on PRICE is because I wanted to have a lower monthly payment with a larger mileage package for the lease, John negotiated this with his boss, but the results ended up higher than I wanted. Which seemed to be out of John's control, and was the dealership's final offer. More

I love you guys! My calls were returned immediately, my problems were handled quickly. I love that I was updated about the status of my car while it was with you. I had a great experience with you guys, but the loaner folks are a pain in the butt. When I came to pick up my car, it had had a bath, and that made me happy. The overall experience with my car being serviced, the guys in the service department, the swiftness that my car was cared for in was just nice. Laurie helped us achieve a purchase of a new car. I love my Forester and had not thought about trading it in to get a new one. With the help of Jim (the business manager), a very equitable deal was present my Forester and had not thought about trading it in to get a new one.
