Compared to my previous experience at a Lorain County dealer, this service visit was a big improvement. They have a system, and although they had lots of cars in for service, my wait was only about an h dealer, this service visit was a big improvement. They have a system, and although they had lots of cars in for service, my wait was only about an hour for a diagnosis. My "check engine" light problem does need another appointment, but they were friendly and kept me informed. The waiting room was pleasant and there were plenty of stuff to read and TV to watch, and free WiFi, which I took advantage of. I must say, however, that charging customers $0.50 for a cup of coffee is pretty annoying when your repairs will likely be in the $100's. All in all, I was satisfied with the experience and I will return for service. More
