Brought my son's car in for scheduled service that took far less time than I expected. When we picked up his, decided to have maintenance done on mine. Got me in and our in a little more than an hour took far less time than I expected. When we picked up his, decided to have maintenance done on mine. Got me in and our in a little more than an hour for an unscheduled visit. I bought from another dealer but switched to Ganley some time ago. A great decision on my part! More
Have been here before. The service is good and they really want to resolve any problems you have. Very polite and provide detailed information about the repair. I will always use this service dept. My blown fuse was fixed at almost negligible cost and also I got a free car wash as well. I just walked in without appointment and everything was done within 1 hour. People are friendly as well. The personal service here was exceptional. I was in talks with another dealer (where I had purchased the vehicle) to complete the 30k service on my 2012 CC. While attempting to determine if my original warranty was intact, what the 30k service for my vehicle would consist of, and to schedule the service itself - I had to call the other dealer 3 times before I even was able to speak with someone that made me feel like they knew what they were talking about. There was that, and the cost at the other place seemed to keep going up as I read from my owner's manual what should be covered under the service (yes, they didn't seem to have a clue). I got fed up and said to myself "I'm calling VW" - that led me to Ganley. Where one phone call, no prompts or long hold times got me to what seemed to be very experienced personal. In no time we were down to business and it was found that my vehicle was still covered by the original warranty - 30k service would cost me nothing at VW Ganley. I also very much appreciated the patience of the phone attendant. This is the nicest car I have owned, I wanted to make sure everything was done on time, correctly and by VW trained professionals. With each question I asked I was reassured that I was good to go - not once did I feel like i was bothing someone as I did during each other the 3 calls to the other place. So, being that they knew my original warranty was intact, I was able to get my front license plate bracket installed for a more-than-fair price; Ganley doesn't charge for labor in this case! Only parts! I was stoked. I used the Express Service on a Monday evening as they were open later. There were two attendants (both still experienced and attentive and polite in person) and the waiting room was comfortable enough for me to fall asleep in a chair while waiting. I was out in just about an hour and my car had been washed. So all-in-all, 30k service, mount front plate bracket, and car wash (throw in the exceptional service if you would like) - for 67.00$. Doesn't get better than that. While my original warranty will most likely be expired by the time I get to 40k service, I will most definitely be bringing it back to VW Ganley. More
