I have had so many bad experiences with car dealers. I have read so many blogs about games dealer play. However, Rob Langelier was the best. I had the best experience ever at this dealership. The car was exactly in the condition they said it was and they never changed the price. They did not ask me dumb questions about my personal life. They gave me the keys, I took it for a drive alone. I cannot say enough good things about Rob and this dealership. I LOVE my new car. I LOVE the experience that I had purchasing my new car, which is simply a miracle consider I am a blonde female. As far as the price is concerned, I searched for 9 months for a good deal. I believe I purchased a car that was the best deal in the entire state! No games, gimmicks or tricks. I have never had such a great experience at any dealer. More

The Sales/Leasing experience was not good and I do not think I will go here again. The Sales Agent made certain verbal statements about residual value and when I ran the numbers based on her statement we did the deal. Sadly when I came in and met with the F & I lady the numbers had been changed and she blamed the bank. Frankly that's crap and although my monthly payment remains unchanged they played with the residual value thus screwing me if I want to buy it at the end of the lease. The car has been fine and depending on how the market looks in 2013 I may still buy it at lease end, but I do not see myself being a return customer. More

The service I received at Ganley Westside Imports was great!! Buying or Leasing a new car can be a little scarey. A lot of car dealers appear to be your friend during the whole process of looking, but great!! Buying or Leasing a new car can be a little scarey. A lot of car dealers appear to be your friend during the whole process of looking, but seem like in the end all they want is your sale. Nate was very helpful when it came to picking out a car. He asked what my needs and wants were and showed me different options and explained the differences. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't really need or something that I wouldn't be able to figure out how to work. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I signed my lease agreement with Sandy and that was very easygoing as well. Sandy answered all my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. She made sure I understood what I was signing before I signed the paper. Nate and Sandy are a great asset to you team!!
