One woman I had talked to for a millisecond the night before remembered my name and exactly why I was there. They have great personal service. They were not trying to push anything on me at any point, and price negotiations were simple. Mikey was a fantastic salesman, and he truly knew what he was selling inside and out. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. It was completely different from any car experience I have ever had, and I will be sure to go back there when I am car shopping in the future. Their respectful attitudes, friendly atmosphere and fantastic cars sold me! They are living proof that you don't have to be a sleazy car salesman to make a sale. More

It took less than an hour to agree to a price, and when we went in the next day to sign the final papers and pick up the car, there was no pressure whatsoever to buy any of the additional p price, and when we went in the next day to sign the final papers and pick up the car, there was no pressure whatsoever to buy any of the additional plans or packages. I called to check the price on the 2013 Impreza 5 door, and Kevin was extremely helpful on the phone. I called back with more questions, and Woody was able to return my call with specific answers. Wow! What an exceptional dealership with the most accomondating professional sales team we have ever been involved with. From Lee(sales person) and the presentation and representation of the car to J accomondating professional sales team we have ever been involved with. From Lee(sales person) and the presentation and representation of the car to John (sales manager) who worked diligently for the best bottom line price to Dave ( finance guru) was such a great delivery that we bought 2 cars instead of 1. They all treated us like we were royalty. We went back 4 times total and enjoyed each vist more than the previous. We almost bought a 3 rd car for our son but he wants to wait for the Beetle convertible turbo. We are looking forward to continue to keep our business with Ganley West Side Imports. More
