Ganley Imports obviously understands the importance of Customer Experience. Everyone on the phone was courteous and quick. Every time that I called VW Service, a person answered the phone (Candace), not a recording, and helped get me to my service advisor (Keith) in a timely fashion. The diagnostic path taken by Keith and his mechanic was logical. Keith was very straightforward with the results of the entire investigative process to determine the issues with my daughter's 2001 Jetta (Odo=220,000 miles!), but not "pushy". He made a rough estimate of the repair costs of the items that his mechanic verified or suspected would benefit the condition and performance of the vehicle. Keith was very understanding when I chose not to have any of those repairs done at this time. More

Under NO circumstances should you deal with these crooks. While they're "woo-ing" you into buying the car, it all goes well. Once they've got your money, you're screwed. Everything seemed to be going fine until the day we went to pick up the car we'd already signed for. Jannelle (sales), Rob, and Jim (finance guy, I'm pretty sure that was his name) had lied--about the Carfax and financing options to name a few--on the day we signed the agreement but of course none of this came to light until we went to get the car and sign the financial papers. They had written the WRONG VIN on a document, the Carfax showed incorrect mileage, and they had flat out lied about financing options. Their financing lie (or as they call it, "mistake") cost us $1000. I should have ran for the door right then, but because I wanted the car, I pressed on. Now on to one of my favorite parts: I had driven from out of town to purchase this vehicle and therefore made an appointment to pick it up. My husband and I got there at our appointed time but sat in the lobby for more than an hour (how am I sure of the time? we watched two and a half episodes of the Brady Bunch) before anyone helped us and when we finally got the vehicle, it was never even cleaned! It was absolutely filthy! Talk about shamelessly horrible service. The finance guys there not only total douchecanoes (they think their lame attempts at sarcasm are so amusing) but they are shady as xxxx. The one who finalized our paperwork was rude and every time I asked a question, it was like it was his first day on the job ("Um...well...you see...") I will NEVER make the mistake of going anywhere near these incompetent thieves again. More
I have been working with this dealership for a little over a year and a half, from coming in to look at used cars all the way to them finding me a deal that fit my budget. They ended up finding me a bett over a year and a half, from coming in to look at used cars all the way to them finding me a deal that fit my budget. They ended up finding me a better car than I had hoped for for less money then I had intended on paying. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff worked very hard to ensure that my signing was finished in minutes from our finishing the deal. I was very indecisive, which was made worse by the fact that this dealership offers three great product lines along with a large selection among those three, but Mike worked to narrow my choices by my budget yet still manage to keep my wants in mind, never once pushing me towards a car I didn't want. Overall, the experience was great, and I look forward to sending my family there for their needs. I also highly recommend working with Mike Vanderhoof, he is diligent and respectful. More
