Went in for Safety recall and also let service people know about a noise coming from rear of vehicle. They said rear bearings were wore out and needed replacing. Came in for a recall on the remote start. It only took an hour and I even had breakfast there. The only thing I would ask in the future would be that if you need to bring in both fobs for any reason that an hour and I even had breakfast there. Never thought I would ever buy a BMW. Mr. Roberts however asked me questions that identified vehicles I might be interested in looking at. I've had my Routan for about 6 months and I've had it in for service twice so far. The service has been perfect, especially since it's all covered under warranty - oil changes, tire rotations, et had it in for service twice so far. The service has been perfect, especially since it's all covered under warranty - oil changes, tire rotations, etc. The staff are friendly and I've never had an issue with them. One odd thing about the dealership is, when I dropped off my vehicle after the service department closed, I used their after hours drop box. I filled out the form, put my car key in the envelope and slid it through the slit in the door. Then I stepped on a hose and the whole door opened! Other cars were inside and my keys were just sitting on the ground exposed for anyone to take, because the large garage door was now open. Luckily, an employee drove by (out of nowhere) and helped me. He put my key and envelope in the service office and closed the door. If he hadn't been there after hours, I would have had to hunt for a way to close the door. Otherwise, everything is great at this dealership. More
