I called the dealership after my "low tire pressure" warning light came on during my drive to work. I was advised to come in at any time that day for the Express Service (first come, first se pressure" warning light came on during my drive to work. I was quickly greeted by Victoria who got the process started, and guided me to the service desk and then the waiting area. I was also advised of the approximate cost of the tire repair should they be able to locate a specific puncture area. I also requested that the underbody be inspected due to a rock or other debris possibly hitting it recently when I was driving through a construction area. They confirmed that this type of inspection is part of the Express Service. Within an hour, I was on my way with a repaired / plugged tire and a washed car. I appreciate the fast, friendly, and helpful service! I would recommend the North Olmsted dealership to others. NOTE: Unrelated to my service - I became very frustrated with this website when opening a DealerRater Account. After carefully entering all the required information at least 3 times, I was prompted to enter some fields again. For example - I repeatedly had to enter Volkswagon as the brand - - then then asked to again enter my password and confirm it. I believe there is an error with the website that needs to be corrected. Otherwise, you will not receive some reviews due to customer frustration. More
Routan developed squeaking at 12K mi. Was aware that this model (made by Chrysler and rebadged as a VW) had premature brake wear issues. Brought in to Ganley Westside service, they confirmed the problem and replaced the calipers as well as pads under warranty, which I would consider great customer treatment after the sale. Didn't even charge me for the labor. I expect to go back again for my next car - already have my eye on a sporty red Beatle convertible for my kid when she is old enough to drive - LOL. Then I plan to trade this family van for a sportier cc myself :) More

Bill Horvath was very helpful and thorough. He explained everything needed to be done to my vehicle so I could understand the services being provided and the pricing. This was the first time I had to use the shuttle service and the driver as very courteous and I was made to feel completely comfortable during our ride. It was great to know that I did not need to worry about getting to anf from the dealership. This is a fantastic service for your customers. I came in for my 10000 mile maintenance and before I even walked in the door the staff demonstrated their excellent customer service when Victoria opened the door for me and got me started. He went the extra mile (literally) by arranging for the car I needed to be brought to Cleveland from Michigan. Additionally, he understood the importance of my need for the 0.9 % financing from VW Credit and saw that through as well under the end of month deadline on that special. Chris, in Finance, was also helpful in providing me detailed information and explanations on the Extended Warranty Packages and was patient in allowing me to review and make the best decision for myself, again without pressure. The GTI is fantastic and I look forward to your dealership providing excellent service on my vehicle over the years to come. Overall, I paid slightly more than what I hoped for, but do not feel taken advantage of or pressured or tricked into paying more than I should have paid. I know the value of the car I purchased and the interest rate I am paying. Also, my trade-in was valued fairly and I hope it brings the dealership a good resale value and someone else will get to enjoy that car for years to come since it's a solid car. Overall, this was the easiest and most satisfying car buying experience I've had...it makes enjoying the car and celebrating my 50th birthday that much more pleasant! THANKS! Keith & Elton greeted us with a smileand took extra care in helping me as I'm in a wheelchair! Elton fit me into his tight schedule on only a 1 day notice as I had recently been hospitalized & I had t care in helping me as I'm in a wheelchair!
