He found my second choice quickly but went the extra mile ,literally (to another state), to obtain what I really wanted-my first choice. This was unbelievable quality service to me. After having a previous horrible experience with purchasing another car at a DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP years ago, Ganley has restored my faith in car dealerships. From beginnning to end my experience working with Woody Tannous, Carlos, and Bob could not have been a better one. They were attentive, flexible, and ultimately focused on getting me what i was looking fo Tannous, Carlos, and Bob could not have been a better one. They were attentive, flexible, and ultimately focused on getting me what i was looking for while meeting all other criteria. Great overall experience. THe only suggestion i could make would be the final detailing of the car was less than stellar, windows were streaky and ultimately still dirty and the car itself looks like it was rushed through the final detail. I would have asked to have them clean it again but needed to get back to work. More
