Completely bad experience. Awful. I would’ve gotten better service at Autozone. My issue was a tire that was losing air. If the back and forth I went through just for that (i Awful. Oil change service is always efficient and team is friendly and keeps me informed of how long it will take when waiting. They also do a maintenance checkup which is nice. However they price quoted for a new battery was extremely high $428... so I passed on this service and was able to get a DieHard Battery at Firestone for $200. installed. More

After trying 2 other Subaru dealerships in the area (within 50 miles) I came back to Ganley Westside Subaru. The reason I came back is because their service department is so much better.
