Ryan figured out a way to get that car within my budget by utilizing a Toyota rebate and getting last year's model. I felt that I was valued as a customer regardless of my price range. Frank Bystricky handled the financial part of the transaction. He clearly explained the different options and made recommendations. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient with his explanations. This was my first time buying a new vehicle. I researched what I should expect and braced myself.
