As we just talked a few moments ago, I am truly sorry for your interactions here. We will do better and make adjustments to do so. We use a 3rd party to install some remote starts when the customer doesn't want the Factory remote start. The lights in the tail gate are ONLY an accessory and do not come on the truck from the factory. You agreed that you know they are an accessory but still surprised that the people you showed the truck to saw the lights. If they were an accessory then they could not have come on the truck from the factory. I believe it was the reflection from the bed light above the back window. I sincerely apologize for less than stellar experience here at Ganley Toyota. As I mentioned I will call and get those questions answered for you Monday morning and I will call you ASAP Monday morning. Thank you for your business and I will talk with you Monday.

Ganley Toyota is changing their process when you have a remote start installed so you can have what you want installed unfortunately for me that’s 1 customer to late! Since I’m stuck with the one Ganley Toyota chose for me. I’ve owned my Tundra 2 weeks and they’ve had it for 5 of those 14 days. I’ve had nothing but excuses instead of results. I was charged $550 for a remote start that Ganley Toyota chose for me, I was never asked what I wanted, I paid $57,000 in cash. Why would I want a basic remote start that you can purchase for $125 online. Ganleys response is they are charged by Custom Trim of America and they have no control over what they charge. Ganley Toyota chooses to do business with them and you don’t know what your customer is getting charged for? That’s on you and who you choose to do business with!!!! Once again I had no choice, I didn’t buy a basic truck I don’t expect basic accessories!!!!
