I had zero desire to get a new car. My previous Crosstrek was one payment away from being paid off, but it was due for several service repairs that totaled over $2K. As much as I didn't want a new car payment, I also didn't want to have to continue to worry about the repairs on an aging car. I took the leap and purchased a new Crosstrek. First, I can't say enough good things about Jason Ceja in service. I have never dealt with anyone in service BUT Jason, so he is completely familiar with my car and its service history. Every time I come in, we have a laugh about the time chipmunks chewed through my drive belt. Joy and Joe assisted me with the purchase of the new car. Not only does Joy seem to be a delightful human being, she knew the product in and out and was able to quickly help me familiarize myself with the newer Crosstrek features. Ganley didn't have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock, but Joe was able to secure another quickly. I love how easy things are when I go to Ganley. My trips for service have been so smooth. Buying a new car was (relatively) stress-free and painless. More
