All others I've worked with at this site have been helpful and respectful. This agent is not someone I'd wish to deal with in the future. I felt like a number. I thought Subaru was supposed to be better than that. More

Terrible Experience No follow-up from the service advisor at all while my car was in the shop for 6 hours. The service advisor did not tell the mechanic/technician to do what I asked. I WAS waiting for additionso follow-up as more woek needs to be done, but they won't see another penny. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know of their lack of professionalism. Night and day from the service I received there previously. More
