Don’t Call it Express Service I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 hours to complete the service. Unfortunately, one is not able to schedule I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 hours to complete the service. Unfortunately, one is not able to schedule an oil change and tire rotation ahead of time and must use the Express Service. I do not feel 2 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation is Express Service. This is not the first time I waited so long to have an oil change. This is an on going problem. I love my Subaru but would not recommend Ganley due to the service department and the slow service. More

Disappointing Only plus of this dealer is the complimentary loaner for the day. This dealer wanted to charge for all diagnostics even though I purchased my vehicle Only plus of this dealer is the complimentary loaner for the day. This dealer wanted to charge for all diagnostics even though I purchased my vehicle there. Dealer told me ball joints needed replaced, control arm bushings needed replaced, timing belt was close to needing replaced and that back up camera needed replaced. Took this same vehicle to a trusted mechanic who looked over entire vehicle and road tested. He found main wiring harness to be one pot hole away from disconnecting, reconnected it with one simple lever and guess what...back up Camera works just fine. Ball joints and control arms check out just fine. Even more maddening was that I asked service rep twice to see if wiring was loose on camera and they again wanted to charge a diagnostic fee. I feel lucky to have someone I can trust with an honest work up of my car because Ganley East Subaru is not! More
disorganized service rep behind the counter This is my third visit to this location. Twice for recalls once for routine service. Each time there has been "issues" with the service rep. This last time the service representative did not returns calls while my car was being serviced. He did not call me when the job was done. When I called him to get a report he said he would call me back but one hour later he still didn't call me back. When I did pick up the car he did not review the work done'' he was too busy to review the work. One week after the recall was done I still got an email saying that the recall needed to done. I won't go back, and I really don't want to take the time to write a review. I am only doing this because they asked me to. More

Hard to trust i did oil change and tire rotation of 2017 outback but I have heard wired noise from tire and engine. I drove around 1700 miles after oilchange and tire rotation. I took my car back to dealer setting up an appointment, they took around 1.5 hr and finally came and said, "nothing is wrong" but time for wheel alinment. Two days later, i was on the way towards Parma, my car started bumping with really bad smell, I took an exit and show it to the technician, They told me time for oil change. The oil was burned and turned into black in color. I did oil channge and tire rotation, now its running smoothly. Luckily, i haven't had any accident, i am safe and my beautiful car performs great now. More
